Return Policy:
All items are sent by first class mail (within the UK) or standard airmail (outside the UK) at customer's risk.
POST OFFICE does NOT keep track of these mailings.
If you wish your package to be sent by 'signed for' recorded delivery for extra security, you need to give us instructions to do so in your Musicstack order(s). Recorded deliveries cost extra $1.10 (UK) or $7 (outside the UK). please note: any order over $50 will be automatically sent by 'signed for' recorded delivery.
If you place an order, you can only cancel it before it has been processed. Once we've processed it, it will be shipped and cannot be cancelled.
Good quality packaging is used to ensure that your order is well protected during transit.
If an item does not correspond with our description, please contact us on its receipt. Please wait for Returns Authorisation Number before returning goods to us.
You will be refunded in full once the item has been returned to us.
